Guidelines for review of manuscripts submitted to the Clean Air Journal
For review of manuscripts submitted to the Clean Air Journal, reviewers are requested to assess the article based on the criteria below. These are also detailed in the template provided through the online system.
1. Relevance to the scope of Clean Air Journal: Does the manuscript address issues related to air quality, air quality management and impacts of air pollution in Africa?
2. Scientific Quality: Is the manuscript of suitable scientific quality for publication? Please consider in terms of factual correctness, methods used, consideration of previous work (with appropriate references) and validity of conclusions drawn from the findings presented.
3. Originality: Is the article original? Will it add to the knowledge or understanding of issues related to air quality, air quality management and the impacts of air pollution in Africa?
4. Presentation Quality: Are the findings presented in a clear and concise way? Please also consider the quality and number of tables and figures.
